Now PT ("we", "us", "our") is a fitness marketplace that connects clients with personal trainers and gym owners. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal data is handled securely and transparently. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share your data when you use the Now PT platform.

For All Users
- Identity Data: Name, email, and password.
- Profile Data: Photos, bio, and social handles.
- Usage Data: Bookings, messages, and reviews.
For Providers (PTs/Gyms)
- Verification Docs: IDs, insurance, and certifications.
- Financial Data: Tax IDs and payout bank accounts.
03 Stripe Integration & Financial Safety
Bank-Level Security
Now PT uses Stripe Connect for all payments and identity verification. We never store your full credit card number or bank details on our servers. When you verify your identity or set up payouts, you are providing that data directly to Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant and regulated globally.
By using Now PT, you also agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
04 How We Share Data
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with third parties to facilitate the marketplace, specifically:

05 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our platform and hold certain information. Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier.

- _now_pt_session: Encrypted session storage for login state and flash messages.
- X-CSRF-Token: Security token to prevent cross-site request forgery.

Functional & Third-Party Cookies
